Minda and her crew welcome our customers into our
family…we’ve been described as “down to earth” and “real” which is precisely what you
will get when you come to The Buzz. Real food, real value, real people who care about you and your experience.
Our baked goods
are the real deal as well – no chemicals, no stabilizers, no preservatives. Every sweet in our bakery case is baked
on premise, daily. Our bread, from Stone Hearth, a local Frederick bakery comes to us 3 times a week. Our bagels, from Market
Bagel in Frederick, twice a week. Our coffee is Lavazza and once you try it, you’ll be hooked. We also utilize
Knill's Farm in Mt. Airy, WildRoot farm in Monrovia for seasonal produce and Angie Maihle of Monrovia for our farm
eggs.
We when we
say we shop locally, and use local vendors we mean local ! We plan menus for our small but excellent breakfast and
lunch board with seasonal ingredients in mind. We also let our customers tell us “how they want it” – if
we have the ingredients – we’ll make it. A mantra we repeat daily.
Whether you
drop by to carry out a delicious hot panini, or hang out on a Sunday morning for breakfast on our “front porch”
with your pooch…we aim to please. Give us a try and Get Your Buzz On !
