Tracy Jones and her crew welcome our customers into our family! We’ve been described as “down to earth” and “real” - precisely what you will get when you come to THE BUZZ! Real food, real value, real people who care about you and your experience.


Our baked goods are the real deal as well – no chemicals, no stabilizers, no preservatives. Every sweet in our bakery case is baked on premise daily. Our bread, from Stone Hearth, a local Frederick bakery comes to us 3 times a week. Our coffee is Lavazza and once you try it, you’ll be hooked!


We plan our weekly menus with local seasonal ingredients in mind. When we say we shop locally and use local vendors, we mean local! We utilize McCutcheon's Preserves, Lebherz Oils and Vinegars, Minda's Garden, Knill's Farm in Mt. Airy, Never Done Acres Farm Eggs and Log Cabin Farm Eggs in Monrovia for our eggs. We also let our customers tell us “how they want it” – if we have the ingredients – we’ll make it. A mantra we repeat daily.


Whether you drop by to carry out a delicious hot Panini, sit down for a leisurely breakfast, need a little white noise to work or just want to hang out on a Sunday morning on our “front porch” with your pooch…we aim to please. Butter, Eggs, Sir Galahad Flour, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Confectioners Sugar, Baking Powder and Soda, Kosher Salt, Valrhona Cocoa Powder, Ghiradelli and Callebaut Chocolates, Vanilla Bean, Paste and Pure Extract, Cream, Sour Cream, Buttermilk, Whole Milk, King Arthur Graham and Potato Flours, Yeast, Gel Food Coloring....We bake with real food !
