We're a hometown bakery cafe. We are people who simply love to cook.

The Buzz team always does our best to support the community. We have partnered up with other local women-owned businesses in Frederick, like Dublin Roasters and Sweet Babe’s Creamery. We also try to support Frederick County schools and bake for fundraising as often as possible.

We love to buy local. We receive fresh weekly deliveries for most of our ingredients, including Wagner’s Meats, Stone Hearth Bakery, and local eggs.

At the Buzz, we believe that we need to do our part to protect the environment and help save the bees! As an effort to stay an Ocean Friendly Establishment with the Plastic Ocean Project, we ask that our employees do not hand out straws to customers without being asked for one.

Throughout the year, we also offer travel mugs to encourage the use of reusable cups.

Anyone who purchases a mug is always welcome for free coffee and tea!
